September 23, 2019 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Stewart Theater in Talley Student Union, NCSU Main Campus. This event is free and open to the public! Engineers receive two PDHs for attending. Cocktail reception to follow sponsored by WSP USA.

Event Details

Stewart Theatre is located within Talley Student Union on main campus of North Carolina State University, in Raleigh, NC, at 2610 Cates Ave., Raleigh, NC 27695.

Free Parking with complimentary shuttle service is available at the Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral, located at 715 Nazareth Dr, Raleigh. Please enter off Centennial Parkway. Shuttle service will run every 15 minutes from 2:00 to 3:15, and from 5:00 to 7:30. Accessible parking and shuttles are available. Participants will be able to track the real-time bus locations through the Wolfline Transloc site.

Paid parking is also available in the lower-level of the Coliseum Parking Deck on main campus, but will be extremely limited. To access this parking, please enter off Cates Ave.

For Sponsors, a limited number of VIP Parking passes are available and will be provided to Sponsors prior to the event. VIP Parking is in the main level of the Coliseum Parking Deck. Please enter off Dunn Ave / Jeter Dr.

Immediately following the lecture, a cocktail reception open to all attendees that will be held in the lobby outside of Stewart Theatre. Shuttle service to the Free Parking area will run from 5:00 to 7:30.
